I was weary about buying knee sleeves because I didn’t want to feel like I was using a crutch. After a ton of research I got over that and landed on these. They’re great. I can fully push myself on a heavy leg and all the muscle groups are worked. But I’m not putting undue stress on my knees and I can still get out for a run. (I bought larges but probably could have got mediums.)
