This was a fantastic add to my small home gym. I thought I was doing a good enough job with my ab work, but this little guy showed me how wrong I was. I get a wider range of motion and it really allows me to squeeze my abs at the end of the movement. 5 stars. Wish I would have picked on up sooner.
