The sleeves still sit above the elbows which doesn’t make it feel very powerful to wear. I’m 5’6 pretty stocky I bought a lg and wasn’t impressed. I bought a XL and it was just longer at the waist. I won’t be wearing it but the material is very comfortable!

All around good t shirt, I ordered a size down because I didn’t want the super baggy look and it fits great. Great for casual wear or the gym. If you want a true baggy pump cover definitely order your normal size. The material is great and shows off the traps and shoulders
