I use them for tendinitis in my elbow and after my first heavy lift I noticed a difference immediately. Kept the tendon nice and tight, also very warm. Was concerned about it only helping during the lifts but as soon as I took it off I could tell this is going to be something I will use every lift. 10/10 would recommend if you’ve got elbow pain.

Measured my arms at the elbow per GR’s suggestions. Followed their guidance and received the right fitting sleeves… Very comfortable with no pinch points (from stitching). Very impressed with the thick comfortable quality and I expect these to last a long time. Utilizing these sleeves on Chest Day, Back Day, or Shoulder Day have relieved my elbow pain. Highly Recommend!
