I only use this on specific exercises. I'm not the sort who always has the belt on when I'm in the gym. Nothing against those folks, but it's not really my thing. Love this. Helps a TON on Deadlift Day and Leg day (aka: going to church).

I'm newer to physique sports, but I work out with my Dad 6 days a week and have been at it for about 6 months now. I'm not an expert when it comes to weight belts, as this is the first one I've purchased myself. But it's been great for me as I've learned how to use it properly. It's easy to adjust, and fast to take on and off as I only need it for a few exercises in a typical workout. The velcro is strong and the nylon seems really durable. Very happy with this, and, in fact, this product was my intro to GYMREAPERS as a brand. I've since ordered additional gear that I love.
