These shorts are pretty decent and get the job done well! I use them three times a week for same-day 40-45 minute walks and 1 hour of weight training and they fit well while still being light and breathable, and the color is true to form. The pockets are far smaller than expected, struggling to fit my 4"x3.5" wallet and my 6"+ phone easily stuck out like a sore thumb before I moved it elsewhere. Overall I would recommend the Performance Shorts for being SUPER lightweight, breathable and comfortable (they are barely noticeable, feeling more like underwear over my underwear), having far deeper pockets and a smooth yet robust drawstring, while the Training Shorts come in at a close second. Great shorts, Gymreapers crew!
