The shoe compartment needs some structure. Needs a couple of pockets on the side that zip. The top needs a zipper.

Bag is great. Think of this bag as a vertical tote bag that will close rather than stay open. Fits all of my power lifting needs such as belt, wraps, knee sleeves, tripod,extra clothes etc. separate shoe compartment is a plus as it’s completely separate and not part of the main compartment. I can see this bag being used for outside of the gym.
Would love to see a separate pocket for knee sleeves and they can start to smell in between washes. I can see the Velcro on the small pocket wear out leading to items falling out, so it would nice if this was a zipper instead. I give the bag a 4, but customer service brings it to a 5. If I ever have an issue with an item, customer service is quick to replace or expedite any items missing.
In an day where many orders are done online it’s important to have great customer service and gym reapers does just that. Keep up the great work!
